Sooooo… I totally love the fact that my baby girl is half Liberian!!! 🙂 I never knew growing up that I would marry a Liberian but God knew!! I grew up around Liberians and learned to understand “Liberian English”. Yes, this Oklahoma girl can understand (for the most part) Liberian English!! I also love cassava leaf (which also happens to be Henry’s fave food too!!) and I love the people!! I can’t wait to visit Liberia and take baby Arissa there too…
Two days before I had my baby we took these maternity pics… I really wanted to have something to honor Henry and Arissa’s Liberian ethnicity. I enjoyed taking these pics… Even tho I was sooo ready to pop!!
I might not be “officially” Liberian but I’m so glad my babies will be!!
